We even offer “a la carte” options if one of our plans does not exactly suit your needs.
Wedding Packages
Grandiflora Magnolia – Full Wedding Planning
Complete wedding planning and event production, plus on-site coordination of rehearsal, ceremony and reception.
This includes several consultations in person, unlimited contact via phone and email, introducing in addition to contacting and contracting with all vendors, bringing contracts for your signature, follow-up calls, appointments, creation of Master Vendor List, creation of master Wedding Weekend Agenda, ceremony sitting arrangement assignments, several planning sessions, follow-up on final vendor payments, and confirmation calls to all vendors one to two weeks prior to day of wedding. Available upon request for the attendance of the final bridal gown fitting to learn the appropriate method to bustle the dress. This package also includes on-site coordination of the rehearsal and attendance on the entire “day of” including the wedding ceremony and the reception.
Goldfinch Magnolia – Partial Wedding Planning
Partial wedding planning and event production, plus on-site coordination of rehearsal, ceremony and reception.
This includes two consultations in person, unlimited contact via phone and email along with vendor referrals, reviewing vendor selection and contracts, creation of Master Vendor List, creation of master Wedding Weekend Agenda, ceremony sitting arrangement assignments, a final planning session, phone and email consultations concerning wedding developments, follow-up on final vendor payments, and confirmation calls to vendors one to two weeks prior to day of wedding. Available upon request for the attendance of the final bridal gown fitting to learn the appropriate method to bustle the dress. This package also includes on-site coordination of the rehearsal and attendance on the entire “day of” including the wedding ceremony and the reception.
Star Magnolia - Day Of Wedding Coordination Package
Final planning session, plus on-site coordination of rehearsal, ceremony and reception.
This includes a consulting session to review and finalize the wedding plan, unlimited phone and email contact, creation of a Master Vendor List, creation of a Wedding Weekend Agenda, and follow-up calls to all vendors one to two weeks prior to day of wedding. This package also includes on-site coordination of the rehearsal and attendance on the entire “day of” including the wedding ceremony and the reception.
